By accessing or using Luna, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Luna provides tarot reading, lunar calendar tracking, mindfulness exercises, and related spiritual guidance services. Our services are available through web and mobile applications. All features are currently available free of charge. Paid subscription features may be introduced in the future, and we will provide notice before any such changes take effect.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use our services.

Our tarot readings and spiritual guidance content are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not intended as professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on our readings without seeking professional guidance.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree not to:

• •Interfere with or disrupt our services
• •Scrape or collect data from our platform
• •Misuse our APIs or automated access tools

All content, features, and functionality of Luna are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

All features are currently available free of charge. When paid subscriptions become available, subscription fees will be billed in advance. You will be notified before any paid features are introduced and will have the opportunity to consent to any charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For EU consumers, statutory cancellation rights apply. For all other users, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods unless required by applicable law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction, including where Luna has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For users located in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and may be held remotely. For users located in the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent at: [email protected]. Your notice must include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) a description of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Premium subscription features are currently not available. When premium subscriptions become available, the following terms will apply: (1) Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. (2) You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. (3) Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. (4) We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. (5) EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as provided by applicable law.
